Non-veg. You get some iron from meat, lots of other vitamins etc and protein from meat, but the vitamins and minerals from veg and the carbohydrates from things such as cous cous or potatoes or rice etc. You get more balance that way.

It depends on what your body really needs. I don't see anything wrong with eating meat as people have done it for centuries...it's just part of the lifecycle. Our bodies also need nutrients that are found from fruits, veggies, and nuts. Vitamins may help to a certain extent, but they don't fully replace actually having the foods that contain them. It's just a matter of finding the right balance of what works best for your own needs.
A book that you may want to consider is "Eat Right For Your Blood Type" as for ideas on how to balance your diet for your dietary symptoms (lactose intolerance, sensitive stomach, etc) your biological blood type needs.

veg cuz it doesnt have all the cholesterohl and un-needed fats and carcinogens u get from cooking it. u really can get all the nutrition u need from a veg diet, and it's not inconvenient, i've tried it before for two months, but eh wat can i say? i just like the taste of meat. but yes veg is healthier as long as u remember to balance ur diet, protiens, niacin from nuts, fats and oils, etc etc.

a mixed diet is the best if you do not like meat is then best to find some thing like fish eggs or cheeses as a pure vegetarian diet tends to lack some of the nutrients that a mixed diet gives you
as far as those who think eating meat is cruel so is eating any living thing including plants as all living things can feel pain

eating vegetables is also better for the ecocystem and the environment as when we eat vegetables we are taking in more energy as everything starts with 100% energy but the plant uses some of that for photosynthesis, growing and getting rid of waste, so when we eat it it may only have 75% energy left in it, but if you eat meat it has the plant has 75% which cow then eats so it has 75% energy in the cow, then then cow moves, gets rid of waste and keeps all its body functions going like breathing so say only 50% energy is now in them from using that energy, then when we eat the meat so we are only getting 50% energy which is lower than 75%.

Having a mixed balanced diet is best. Eating or drinking to much of anything is bad for you.
