That question cannot be answered without knowing what the desired "post US" Iraq looks like.

If we don't give a ratsass about the Iraqis and the rest of the region, then we should just pull them all out ASAP, use every available transport and just skedaddle.

If we don't want the place to turn into Darfur, we might want to consider who will do what after we leave. This, of course, would require an honest assessment of who (including our own troops) is doing what NOW, and I don't think many people are willing to expend the effort.
