try fish body oils which are omega 3 fatty acids has epa and dha which helps with brain function , like memory, also good for the heart, lowers down cholestero, good blood circulation good for skin and joints. Also ginko biloba which is good for blood flow to the brain.

How do you know your mental capacity is shrinking?? Your mental capacity changes in your 20's. You begin looking at life a different way than you did before. That doesn't mean it's shrinking. If you feel like its a problem, see a therapist.

If you become psychotic all memory fails and it is hard to manage life. Even language will degenerate You cant write a suicide note if words lose the proper meaning.
