assuming your native language is English:

Nimmst (just like it sounds) doo Creditkahte (make your 'r's a little softer if you speak American English) on

Nimmst doo Credit Kah-tuh on?

I think you want to ask in a shop or something if they accept credit cards.
The German word "du" is only used if you address people with first names. With someone you are not so familiar you would use the "polite" form which is "Sie".
So I would rather put it:
Nehmen Sie Kreditkarten an?
or Akzeptieren Sie Kreditkarten?

Nemen (e like in 10) see Kre (e like in 10)-deet-car-ten un (un like in un-touchable)
once again for better readability:
Ne-men see kre-deet-car-ten un?

or
Ak-tsep-tee-ren see kre-deet-car-ten? (e like in ten again, ee like in English "to see")

As it is a question you would go up with the voice on the last syllable as you would with an English question.
