I am very skinny and have almost no fat at all and I just recently started working out at the local gym. I was reading an article in a magazine a few days ago that talked about incorporating a diet plan into your work out plan. I really don't want to have to follow a specific diet, I'm a teenager with a high metabolism so I pretty much just shove anything into my mouth that tastes good, foods that are healthy and others that are probably not so healthy. I just want to gain some muscle mass, if I don't watch my diet is it going to hamper my results? How important is your diet when working out on a weekly basis? (also, I'm probably going to buy some whey protein and start taking it with water before and after I work out) Thanks!

to gain weight you have to consume more calories than you spend - make sure you get enough protein (at least 1g on every pound of body weight)
eating junk will not help anyone ever - it will catch up with you one day sooner or later (have you seen tv show "honey, we are killing the kids"? how they show difference in appearance if you keep eating junk and how you will look if you eat healthy and exercise when you are 40)

One thing that will help you lose weight: diet pills. I was one of those who did not believe in them until I tried it. And I tried a few. The best product I found on the market is made with pure hoodia and it works great! You can go to
http://www.think-fit and order you free trial, also you only pay 4.97$ shipping and handling. Good luck!
