It's The Avicultural Society of Chicago
they host bird fairs every year, and should have some good information about breeders for you. The next show is July 29th, that's this Sunday at the Knights of Columbus Hall in Joliet, Illinois or Sept 8 at Rolling Meadows Community Center. They already had one at the Dupage county fairgrounds in March, but they usually do that a couple of times a year also.
