Beagle are good dogs, Require alot of attenstion and really never grow out of the puppy antics and chewing lol. Also they were bred to track and they are deffinetly good at it and should be aloud to track something even like hot dogs around the house, or have some sort of job to burn off some energy. Also they howl alot when playing, or bored or when noone is around to give attention. Good Luck....

They are loyal dogs and have a lot of energy.
They like to hunt/dig around in my garden and he likes to play chase me.
But as sweet as they are they also have this beautiful bane/howl. Some of your nieghbors might not like it - but he is just saying goodnight moon!

sweet.. pretty laid back most of the time.. but if they don't get enough exercise they go nuts.. If they smell food.. good luck getting their attention.. (unless of course you have the food in your hand.. and then good luck getting them to stop paying attention)..
I love my beagle ... absolute sweetheart.. if I am here (or bring him someplace with me) he stays right with me..

They are really great hunting dogs,easy to train.really cute but bark a lot !!!
