It could be an ingrown hair follicle or an infected sweat gland. If it develops a blackish discoloration, then it is a sebaceous cyst and needs to be excised out in a clinic.

U have lymph nodes under your armpits, which can become swollen at times, for different reasons. Just like the ones on the side of your neck do when u have a cold. It could be a sign of infection.

Keep an eye on it and if it begins to grow or change shape, size, or color. You need to have it looked at. Under you arm I doubt it is skin cancer but you do have lymphnodes under your arms that can become infected with cancer. Then again it could be a mole or a totally benign tumor. Just have it checked.

It is an inflamed lymph node from shaving. See a doctor. They may give you medicine or let you wait it out.

Does it hurt? It might be a cyst. If it gets sore, go to the doctor and have it drained.

It sounds like a cyst, if it doesn't hurt at all. I think you should get it checked by your family doctor.
