God created this world within seven days huh?
I wonder how long it took God to create the whole universe.
As far as I am concerned God created one sun and one moon according to the scripts. Why not mention the other suns and moons? Why not mention his creations in other planets? If one day aliens visit our planet and claim they never even heard of Jesus then what will you Christians do?

"If one day aliens visit our planet and claim they never even heard of Jesus then what will you Christians do?"

Hmmm? Well, We would understand, considering that there are people from THIS planet who still haven't heard about Jesus or the word of God. And by the way, God created the world in 6 days, He created the heavens and the earth. Stop being so defiant and read through Genesis, it will do you some good.

We will NEVER EVER EVER know the answers to everything...If we did then WE would be God.

That which created the Universe also created this planets primary (sun/star).
Personally I have no intention of telling something that powerful that his/her/it's day must consist of 24 of our hours just because that happens to be how fast this little bit of rock spins around it's axes. This all powerful being can likely have day's as long as several of our geologic era's or as short as the instant of the Big Bang.
As for Aliens not knowing Jesus. They might not. Jesus was for us. But I personally believe that any other life form we might meet just might have their own god(s) that will be a reflection of the same Creator through their eyes. They may well have their own 'savior' and it would be none of our business to try to convert them to our savior.

7 days is only a metaphor. The Bible shows us that God's timing is different that man's.. Therefor when God says that it took him 7 days to make the earth, it is simply a metaphor. We believe that 7 days is speaking of the process it took for man to get on the earth.. And those who bring evolution into this, it would be a possibility. God said that he made animals before he made man, therefor a day of God's would seem like years to us.. Since he made animals before man, it is why evolution could have occurred.. God creating the world in 7 days should not be taking literal, we know that he is patient and I am sure that he made the world by letting evolution occur.

Some guru's say that God cannot answer everything. God just creates. We just admire. But aside from that, the creation story is riddled with contradictions and pitfalls. The Genesis account of creation i.e., heaven and earth was written by a group of nomadic ex-slaves from Egypt. Suffice it to say that any account from the time after exodus, the authors would've been greatly influenced by the mythology of their captors. Namely Sumerian mythology. Hope you can understand.

--No creationists say that he did that in 7/24 hour days. The Bible does not support that anti-scientific theory!

--AS FOR other stars , mention is made of other stars, constellations and celestial bodies:
(1 Corinthians 15:40-41) “. . .And there are heavenly bodies, and earthly bodies; but the glory of the heavenly bodies is one sort, and that of the earthly bodies is a different sort. 41 The glory of the sun is one sort, and the glory of the moon is another, and the glory of the stars is another; in fact, star differs from star in glory.”

OF THE CELESTIAL BODIES:
(Isaiah 40:26) “26 “Raise YOUR eyes high up and see. Who has created these things? It is the One who is bringing forth the army of them even by number, all of whom he calls even by name. Due to the abundance of dynamic energy, he also being vigorous in power, not one [of them] is missing.”

(Job 38:31-33) “31 Can you tie fast the bonds of the Ki′mah constellation, Or can you loosen the very cords of the Ke′sil constellation? 32 Can you bring forth the Maz′za·roth constellation in its appointed time? And as for the Ash constellation alongside its sons, can you conduct them? 33 Have you come to know the statutes of the heavens, Or could you put its authority in the earth?”

God created the heavens and the earth on the first day...:O!!! Way to not know the story...

=========================

heavens, not Heaven...havens means the sky(space).

Also...in 2 Peter 3:8(I think) it talks about how 1 day to God is 1000 years to humans...this is not in the time span of 24 hours...

Oh...and yeah, with God, He can do anything, however fast or slow He wants to...

Of course it took seven days - He is not young anymore you see.
Need more resting time.
Got old and feeble during the creation of the universe - THAT took a long time - even he was a bit younger and stronger at that time.

It does...... did you bother reading it?
DAY 4
Gen 1 14 And God said, "Let there be lights in the expanse of the sky to separate the day from the night, and let them serve as signs to mark seasons and days and years, 15 and let them be lights in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth." And it was so. 16 God made two great lights—the greater light to govern the day and the lesser light to govern the night. He also made the stars. 17 God set them in the expanse of the sky to give light on the earth, 18 to govern the day and the night, and to separate light from darkness. And God saw that it was good. 19 And there was evening, and there was morning—the fourth day.

what if the universe was already there?
what proof can anyone bring of life on other planets?
Since we need to fix our own problems, do we really need to worry of other life, billions of lightyears away?

I would preach to the aliens.
All need to hear the good news.

Would you believe if aleins came down preaching the good news of Jesus?
