Dolly i dint know your age but my opinion is, i think you are female and the nature supports them to grow till the age of 23. i mean in height. but the problem with you people is that you don't maintain proper time to feed your body, you people will neglect eating food in right time. if not having less food by the name of diet.
I advice you to be punctual in your feeding habit.
then go for a walk for half an hour a day.
early in the morning try to take pull ups. this will help you to increase your height up to 4" to 5". One thing it takes time may be 1 year.
take care

There is not much we can do to grow taller after puberty. There are many products in the market today that claim to increase height of adults, but they are all scams without sufficient scientific evidence. Surgical options, though available, are EXTREMELY RISKY and of course expensive. This leaves us with basically two options.

1.Stretching Exercises: - These exercises will help you improve your posture. You’ll be surprised that how much of “Height” is hidden behind your slouched back. You can, at any age, add an inch or two of height by simply improving your posture. Follow the link below for information on specific height enhancing exercises:

2.Second, you can create a “Taller” effect by following some smart fashion techniques. You can easily add another inch or two of “illusionary height” by improving your dress coordination. The link below can provide some input on height increase through fashion effect:

Once height mainly depends on heriditary. But we can increase it by doing regular excercises. But foremost is that we should not feel complex with our height. Dress in such a fashion by which you will look taller. Dresses do make some impact on others about our height.

Although it's only a slight increase, stretching exercises will make you slightly taller. You're also temporarily taller after sleeping. Shoe lifts make you taller. Walking around with shorter people makes you seem taller. Wearing some colors makes you appear taller. Stand up straight with your chin level. Getting a chiropractic adjustment makes you taller. Being thinner can make you seem evenly proportioned and a little taller.

Your attitude is the single greatest image-enhancer in your arsenal.

It's not possible without expensive and painful surgery. Just be happy the way you are. It's way better for a girl to be too short than too tall, because guys like to be taller than girls (and I think most girls like that even more than we do). Average height for men is 5'9", so "model"-height women don't have a wide appeal.

Wait until you're an adult? If you're still wanting to grow taller, hang upside down by your feet, from the ceiling and tie 75lb weights to your wrists. This will pull on your arms, thereby increasing your height.

I'm not an expert on this subject by any means, but I believe I speak for everyone when I suggest growing taller. Beyond that, you could buy shoes with a thick sole or wear a tall hat.

SLEEP...sleep is the most important thing you can do while young to help with growth. You do the majority of your growing while you are sleeping. So sleep, eat right, exercise stay away from drugs and smoking and alcohol...atleast until you're in university...nice to try things once for the experience...but SLEEP...if you're b/w the ages of 12 - 18...8 hours of SLEEP is very very important...it has been scientifically been proven that sleeping is by far one of the most important aspects towards your body's physical growth.
