People say first impression is very important. I do admit that it's true. Not only for guys but I believe even girls are attracted to the physical aspect of a guy. Have to admit that being good looking helps in this superficial world.
However, a truly attractive person is one with a great personality. The physical attracts arouses interest in another but its the personality that makes others come back for more.

Physically, most guys like girls with pretty faces and sexy figures. Personality wise, most guys like out-going, easy-going, fun girls that are not overly aggressive or brassy and do not take themselves too seriously. They demonstrate a keen interest in others (especially the boy she likes) instead of dwelling on herself and her needs/wants.

Physically I think we're almost universally the same. Personality is different for most, but I think it would be safe to say that intelligence and drama free women are more enjoyable to be around.

Generally:
Men want women who have a skinny body, supple breasts, and a fairly well shaped butt (this depends on race I think, I think black people like big butts...), and of course, a pretty face.
Personality depends greatly on the guy, but being smart and funny never hurt.

physically...well obviously the breats, face, butt, legs...in that order i guess to, but not for me, i like a pretty face =)
personality wise, for it's someone strong, classy, funny, charasmatic. Somebody who loves to laugh and have fun! But definetely somebody fun, not too normal and boring!
