I always see problems among Christians in churches. One person dislikes another person, etc. etc. How are Christians supposed to handle these conflicts amongst themselves in a biblical and peaceful way?

It starts with determining if the conflict is because someone is living in a sinful manner or if your own pride is being tweeked.
If it is sinful behavior you are to bring it to their attention. If they blow you off you are to bring another along with you to discuss it with them and if they blow you off after that you are to not have anything further to do with them until such a time as they repent.
If it is your pride then you need to ask the other persons forgivness and Gods and repent.
This is all between Christians.
If it involves you and a non-Christian one of the best rules is "be angry but do not sin" and "do not let the sun set on your anger"

Christians are human. They have all the human shortcomings. Do not expect them to be perfect. If you do, you will be disappointed. Just like everyone else, they deny their own faults and judge others. A church is like a hospital. Some go there to stay healthy (mentally), Some go there to be cured. Some might never get better because they do not take the medication that was prescribed to them.

Personally when I have that sort of problem I turn to God for guidance. if you have a problem with someone calmly talk it out after praying about what you should say to them. Reading the bible is another great way to deal with personal conflicts both with another person or inside themselves.

Christians are people too and handle problems in as many varied ways as you can think of. The best way would be politely, civilly and seeing each others point, the final outcome would be a compromise.

Ephesians 4:30 And do not grieve the Holy Spirit of God, by whom you were sealed for the day of redemption. 31 Let all bitterness and wrath and anger and clamor and slander be put away from you, along with all malice. 32 Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.

Matthew 18:15 "If your brother sins against you, go and tell him his fault, between you and him alone. If he listens to you, you have gained your brother. 16 But if he does not listen, take one or two others along with you, that every charge may be established by the evidence of two or three witnesses. 17 If he refuses to listen to them, tell it to the church. And if he refuses to listen even to the church, let him be to you as a Gentile and a tax collector.

The bible says that we are to get along with others "so far as it depends on you". Jesus said to love your enemies and pray for them. In short, we should be kind to those with whom we have a conflict.

Christians are people.

People are sinners.

Some Christians believe the Bible.

Some don't

Some people who go to church are still lost and in their sins.

Some people who go to church don't believe at all.

REAL CHRISTIANS believe the Bible and pray about all things; especially when we realize the above.

God is working in all of it.

paul demonstrated hot to deal with conflict in, i believe acts....he faced the problem among the churches and discussed it...didn't argue...discussed. he also didn't leave angry...no one left until all was resolved...

:agree with your adversary quickly.

understand, pride will continue to argue. Humility will rest in peace.

I mostly ignore those who provoke an argument. Unless the Spirit permits me, then they better be ready.

Pray. isn't that the christian answer to everything? Oh no wait one person should smite the other. That IS the christian answer to everything.
