Believe it or not, the best teen night club is the Country Club Bowling Lanes. Don't let the word bowling fool you, this is a real night club atmosphere, with no alcohol, and lots and lots of teens, especially after 11 pm.

There is booze at Country Club, I should know. They have $1 specials during glow bowl!
When you say teen, are you talking about over 18?
If so, there is Barcode or Empire (on certain nights). There's more places in Davis.
I used to like the Boardwalk in Orangevale. Live shows, all ages, and a full bar for those that can drink. They have shows just about every night of the week.
