Lovebirds need wide, not tall cages. Anyways, my favorite is quality discount cages. They have all those really expensive nice cages for a LOT less. One of my cages was $1200 list price and I got it for $350. It's not that the cages are any different, but they just don't have the little name-brand sticker on them. I guarantee, they're exactly the same as name-brand (only cheaper)

The best selection of cages I have found is at www.martinscages.com. I own a few of their cages, and they're super easy to clean and care for. For what you are describing, I would actually look in the rat cages section, since I think the large ones may be closer to the size and shape you are looking for. The cages come in pieces, so you don't have to put in the ramps and platforms and such. The only problem you might have with them is that I think they only come in plain, unpainted steel, and in a black powder-coat finish. If you can live with the color, you won't find a better cage anywhere.

If you have a very high budget, you can get one custom made to all those specifications from http://www.cagesbydesign.com/
Examples of their cages:

Otherwise, just visit the petshops in your area, and check out their cages. Some will come in different colours (if you ask the person working there). You might have trouble finding one with a closed off storage spot though (it's often a tray in the stand and everyone can see what's in it).

Also, it is well worth checking out eBay.com, I've have seen many terrific deals on cages there.

Lovebirds need a wide cage so they can fly, preferably at least two to three feet. Tall cages are for finches, so please don't get one. I got a cool eggish shelled cage from a local exotic bird store for $150 including stand. It is three feet by three feet by two feet and perfect for my two lovebirds.

try
www.fosterandsmith.com
or your local pet store
or even just put in your search engine "Bird Cages" and it should bring up many different sites that sell bird cages
