there were four dogs abandoned by 33 rd and sunderland one got hit by a car and two we resued. i need a dog trap so i can get that last one anyone have one i can borrow have or rent at a low cost in ne portland or se portland please help me that dog has been alone for 4 days now i have tried the humane society and animal control they cant help i want to keep this dog so it can be with their sisters i dont want it to die

If you e-mail me, I believe I still have a copy of the plans I created to make a live trap. It's not hard, if you have someone handy with a hammer and nails.

build one, take a couple 4x4s and build a frame. Then wrap in chicken wire and secure to frame. Put the door on vertical sliders attach a rope to the door with a knot that will come loose when pulled. Attach other end of rope to food. Tie trap to ground and attach bell to door. Sit in car until you hear the bell, then come and get the dog. Be careful it is the dog you catch.

Most humane societies/dog pounds have them and most will loan them out. Call around; there are always more then one (humane society) plus - did you specifically ask them if they had a trap and would loan it to you?

find it and trow hot dogs or something that it would like then trow them closer to you then out of your hand or call the pound and tell them you want the dog and they will let you have the dog.
