I lacked sufficient maturity and she left for a man two years older than both of us, with a career as a CHP.
They were married six months later and divorced four years after that.
I regret nothing, for I truly was sallow and callow.

My relationship with my first love still isn't over. We have both been through so many relationships and are at the point where we don't want to rush things. We still love each other after all this time (it's been almost 4 years) and we have stuck as "friends" through all of it. I've been there for him, just as he has been there for me and we both agree that it's destiny that keeps bringing us back together :)
By what i mean "friends" is that we both know we were more than friends, and that our relationship still isn't over. I am remembered of The Notebook whenever i think about all we have been through. It's sometimes so hard looking back and remembering all the pain we have caused each other.(The biggest problem in our lives was when he had to got off to the marines.) But i am so glad that he is still in my life <3
As for regrets, i have none. Him and I are both proud of the people we are today and of each other.

My first true love was a girl that i met my first day of 6th grade. We became quick friends, and after a few months, we each confessed that we liked each other. We dated for a while, but eventually disagreement led to us breaking up. We got together again, but with similar results. And then she changed schools. We stayed in contact for a while, but evetually we slowly lost touch. The last i saw of her was about a year ago when i ran into her at a carnival. I wouldnt say i regretted anything about the relationship. We had some good times, and we had some bad ones. What can i say?

I am not with my first love. Thankful about that too. We went out for almost 2 years and I thought we had a great relationship until he turned on me. I ended up breaking up with him and fell for his best friend. Who agreed with me that he was a son of a b*tch and was stupid for doing me wrong. He and I fell in love and have been married now for over 5 years. I am glad my relationship with my first love didn't last, but I do not regret it one bit. It was a life learning experience. It has made me who I am today. Plus if we hadn't of been together I never would have met my soul mate.

Most of my relationships I don't regret , but some of them were just plain silly, But you learn from you're mistakes , some time it takes you a while to figure that out.
Some people go through their whole adult life still wondering what happened and always blaming some one else.
But you know something it is always you're fault for letting it happen to you. Once you figure that out you're life becomes better.

Horribly. It ended horribly. Every first relationship ends that way if you are lucky. But now looking back, what I learned was sooo worth the pain.
