It´s Tomanian, as you know.
May I guess that your dackel is well again? They became rare in Germany during the past thirty years. But when I entered a computer-store in the city of Bremen some time ago two dackel-puppies were storming towards me, and I had to fondle with both hands to the left, and to the right at the same time. I still see those vivacious happy eyes. So your puppie gives you such joy right now? I envy you this. Have a nice weekend!

That's definitely not German. But it does look Germanic in style(perhaps Dutch?)..There are just things about the text that are not German and it's conjugation is would be entirely incorrect.
