Crunch exercises + fat burning.

Crunch exercise : Train your muscle so that your skin can be tighter and it helps concealing the love handles.

Fat burning: To burn the extra fat in your handles.

Crunch exercises:
Do regular sit up by lying flat on the floor. Then put your hands at the back of your head and bent your knees to make a 120 degrees angle between your thighs and your stomach. Then curl up and lift your shoulders from the floor. Don't use your hands to push your head. Repeat this exercise for three sets of eight.

Lie flat on the floor and bring up your legs to make 90 degrees angle between your legs and your stomach. Repeat this for three sets of eight.

Do fat burning by running and high impact cardio session. And make sure you don't eat too many calories.

Good luck

your 5'7 and 120 pounds? WHAT EXTRA WEIGHT

your goal of 110 pounds is very unhealthy and instead of looking to lose weight you should look into getting a balanced diet and being healthy..

5'7 and 120 is underweight. So losing even more weight is not a good idea. And I don't see how you coul have lovehandles when weighing so little for you height. So please do not try to lose weight. You are already too thin. You might be anorexic if this is really how you feel. get help....

i have that problem for work...military has standards for weight to height...i am very athletic but i am at my weight limit due to muscle...so every month before p.t. test i increase running periods and do it more frequently so i can stay toned but i do lose a little max power, but i think thats more of a guy problem...unless you have a standard of what you can bench press...running exercises....60/120 for 30 minutes....60 second full sprint....120 sec walking....it only works if you put everything into it...good luck...

alryte!..its nice to see u so motivated...keep dat up!
well all u need is a work out regimen....dieting and starving ur self i not the solution at all....
instead try in for exercises and healthy eating habits!
and most importantly remember that losng weight aint an over night phenomena....it needs a lot of time and determintaion......
well why dont u do da very popular morning walks to help in uniform weight loss.....
if u want shedding of dat extra kilos outta ur stomach and abdominal region, then cycling is da best way!.....
dont try crunchs and siit ups.....dat only makes u discourage and bored very easily.....
do somthin fun....take up a dancing lesson....or swimming....get a friend who is as motivated as you to join for the work out session....or join in yoga!
as far the eating habit is concerned i think u need to include a lot of vegetbales and fruits in ur diet.....dont try and restrict to any thing......dat will only make u crave u for more.....juss eat everything in moderation....dat helps trust me!!!!
more dan luking anoroxic and sick i am sure u want be mre trim and fit! ryte?????

CAREFULL,

everyone has Love Handles and fat areas, not all can be dieted off.

Try Working out.

Of course you can...you just have to really set your mind to it and believe you can do it.Eating healthy is very important as well as exercise. You can do all kinds of abs,as well as oblique crunches. It takes a bit of time till you see results...just have to be positive,it cannot happen overnight.Lots of cardio...I would recommend either running or spinning classes, they could burn up to 800 calories if you really challenge yourself.Best of luck to you!
