I dont know why but i cant control a problem of mine. i cant seem to control the urge to cover a lie with a bigger lie.it has gotten out of hand and it has intervine with my job. What can i do? im desperate i think i might be fired from my job soon because of it

Not enough information for a mental disorder diagnosis.
My suspicion is an anxiety disorder. Your compulsion to lie might be fueled by anxiety about the previous lie being uncovered.

You somehow have the view of yourself at the cliffs edge and talk to keep from dying. Well it is the opposite your old friends are driving you nuts get up get out get a new friend.

sometimes we all have to learn from our mistakes... You are correct lying gets you further into a hole. There is a condition called compulsive lying.
Come clean with the dishonesty, it will avenge you.

Yes, it is called compulsive lying. It is a form of Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Counseling and even meds can help. Just go see a therapist. They can help you.
