I would be at my husband's daughter's house. He passed away last year and she stole the widow's flag at the funeral. She did not know the price of that flag. She dishonored her father and I was encouraged to press charges.[ I would not.] She hurt the Vets who did the funeral, because some will never have the honor of doing a military funeral again. I even went to bat for them, because I knew it was not their intent to hurt me, they were duped by a phone call. I forgive her, but she stopped a lot of generosity from me. I gave a Rolex watch to a loyal friend of his, and I will save his medals for his grandchild, when he is of age. What are they saying now since my lawyer told them to put a sock in it? I am sure the rest of the large family has had time to come to their senses and realize what harm they caused by going along with her. I have forgiven her, but feel no obligation to part with anything at this point. My husband's favorite saying,"I feel your pain, just not in a financial way." Oddly enough, this is the daughter he told me to watch out for near the end of his illness, and I did not believe him. Sorry for not having a witty remark, but it was a year ago this week.

LOL, My Totem animal IS the fly.
The fly is EVERYWHERE yet barely noticed. CAn be in your face and there is little that you can do about it. The Fly can survive in situations where nothing ELSE can. Is one of the hardest things to kill or eliminate, just TRY to kill one particular fly in a room and you'll understand. A fly is very fast and agile, of all the insects that you find dead on the front of your vehicle in the summer, NONE will be flies. A fly may not bve able to get into a particular place but can ALWAYS get OUT when the opportunity and need arises. In the FINAL end of ALL things on the Earth only TWO Animals will survive, Flies and Cockroaches. Flies are indeed the wisest of ALL creatures, because there are NO secrets from flies. Flies have accompanied the deepest dives known to Mankind and have flown the the HIGHEST hieghts that man has ever been, even into Space. Flies are EVERYWHERE and nowhere all at the same time.
