A JOB! Lol, I'm very serious about that one. But also some drive and passion about something. Even knows what he wants from his life. Has he accomplished any goals. Has a home and not living with his parents still. Is actually capable of having a deeper connection with a woman other than just a physical one. Can also talk about something with a woman other than flirting 24/7 and working to get her into bed. To me that is what it means to be matured and in your 30s.

Expect him to behave like a 30 years old... & to show a life consistency as of a 30 years old guy.

maturity beyond 18 yrs old....a good job or education...Moving toward buying a house or have a house....done with the partying days of drugs, sex and rock and roll. Looking to settle down.
I would especially hope he is mature and goal oriented.

If he's 30, he should be living in his own apartment or home, pay his own bills, have some sort of transportation, & have a job.
