u cant help who u crush on in life. and sometimes, it seems that other ppl get in the way of relationships. it really sucks that u and ur friend like the same guy, but u do. he's obviously a cool guy, which is great. does ur best friend know that u liked him before she did ? well, if she doesnt then i think u need to tell her, because if he does still like u then she needs to know that u would go out with him. i mean, would ur best friend tell this guy no if he asked her out ? if the answer is yes, then i say stay with the friend and leave the boy behind. but if its no, then go with him, live ur life, and have fun ! take care and GOOD LUCK :)

i think u should let ur best friend know that you also have a liking for the same guy, and find out frm her how serious she is about him, and find out frm her how long she had a crush on him? then once thats all over with if you have had a crush longer than she has, then tell her ur going to tell him that u like him , then just do it. Dnt be the girl who regrets telling a guy she loves that she does. And it would be up to him , to choose whether he likes u or ur friend.Good luck .

well u should find out how long shes liked him for but honestly. while your in school and stuff, boys are really something that you look back on when your older and think of how useless it was even liking him.. or even fighting with a good friend over him....
you will meet someone bigger and better and someone who you wont just have a crush on.. you will actually love him and want to dedicate your whole life to him.

Value your girlfriend's friendship and good friends are so hard to find.

There are so many other guys out there. Since everyone knows she has a crush on this guy, let her have him.

I agree with Avalon. I feel that you should be open and honest about your feelings for him with your best friend and the two of you need to let this crush go on unexplored. You will only be hurt in the end. If one of you decides to foresake your feelings to allow the other one to explore theirs, you will undoubtedly end up jealous of your friend. You won't be able to help yourself. You will both have to agree to drop it. That's the only safe way, unless you don't value your friendship enough for it, and in that case, you're not really friends.

There are so many guys out there for the two of you. Don't EVER let a guy come in betweeen a friendship. I would recommend neither of you getting involved with him to avoid hurt feelings. Find someone else, there are plenty.

You and your friend need to talk and decide which is more important - your friendship or fighting over the guy. Maybe one of you should just bow out, or else maybe you could amicably 'fight' over him and just see who he likes, or you could both decide not to go after him because of this. The important thing is that if you value this friendship you two need to communicate and come to a decision together and then both of you need to stick to it. Doing anything different could jeopardize your friendship.

If you value your friendship, tell her about it and agree that neither one of you should go after him. Friendships always beat out a guy, and it is never worth a guy to lose a best friend!

If you really value your friendship, then a guy's not worth it. The best advice I can give you here is to talk to your friend. Good Luck!!
