I am not afraid of flying and it is not anxiety. It's more like motion sickness or something similiar

Make sure there's a vomit-bag in the seat pocket in front of you...

Well you can try using one of those brace lets they have for motion sickness. I really cant recommend anything else if the pills dont work. Ask your doctor which pills work the best and are the strongest. You can try sleeping pills on long flights so you just sleep the whole flight.
Or if you want take a few flight lessons in a small plane, than hopefully you will get used to flying in a small plane so than the large planes are nothing.

It depends what you are scared off. I do not have ur condition and should not be judging you but I think you should get maybe an aisle seat towards the front of the plane. This way the lavatory is closer and you can talk to the attendants easily. Also use your little attendant calling thing, that's why it there. Once you see how easy it is, you will love flying. =)

Have you ever tried chewing gum during take off and landings?

I know it sounds strange, but I find that having something in your mouth prevents me from feeling as sick...plus it helps with the decompression in my ears as I chew

Xanax. I highly recommend you deal with why you get that way, I think it's anxiety and seeking out counseling may help too.
