i'm trying to balance breakfast meal.

generally 1 ounce of grain is 1 serving of grain. Sooo in cheerios, they have 22g of carbs, - sugars which is 13. 13grams of grain per serving.
28 grams is 1 serving soo.

=) 1.6 cup of cheerios is 1 serving of grain

you need to get in 30 grams of fiber daily. I would ace the Cheerios and eat something that is truly healthy like whole oatmeal and flavor it with some fruit. it has over 2x the fiber with 95% less ingredients than Cheerios.

the list of ingredients on a food item pretty much tells you how healthy it is for you. the longer the list of ingredients the more processed the food item is and the less actual nutrition it will provide.
