No absolutely not ,at least not on the same muscle groups actually no,your body needs the rest and your muscles need at least 48 hours to heal .That's if you do a serious workout on a muscle group.Talk to a trained instructor and not necessarily an older one.

Your motivation is good but eventually if you don't give yourself a break once in a while, you will burn yourself out. Also.. your muscles need a break to recuperate. You will see better results. I'm a Gym rat myself but I go about 5-6 times a week for about 2 hrs each session.

There are several factor here to consider:
*Type of exercise:
**Aerobic?
**Anaerobic?
**One type of muscle group?
***Running
***Jumping
***Swimming
**Several types of muscle groups?
***Adventure racing
***Martial arts
***Heavy physical labor
*Diet
**Are your eating healthy foods, often enough, with enough calories?
**Hydration
***Anything lasting less than 90 minutes requires water (H2O) to stay healthy.
***Anything more than 90 minutes, in moderate to high heat requires mineral/electrolyte replacement (Gatorade is best ...)
*Rest
**Are you getting enough sleep at night?
**Are you experiencing any of the symptoms of overtraining?
***Joint/tendon stiffness.
***Cold/cold-like symptoms.
***Decreased performance (higher times/lower reps/inability to perform at consistently high levels).
Good luck, I hope this helps.
