How old r u? You may be experiencing hormonal problems that can certainly disrupt your mood. Naturally, your physician is your best source for health questions. Make an appointment to see them. Meanwhile try taking a long brisk walk or jog and exercise those feelings out. Sometimes stress (including anger) and other negative feelings are bottled up inside of us and physical exercise can be a great way to rid yourself of it. Do something fun that you love.. run, jump rope, dance, skate or anything. Once you have physically exhausted yourself, have a good cry or relax in a warm bath or try some deep breathing while listening to soothing music. You will probably find that you sleep well and feel 100% better the next day. Good luck.

So what is men's excuse for feeling angry for no reason. Don't listen to people with this PMS bs. Not every mood a woman has centers around that. Whatever is going on to make you angry you are probably not even aware that it is. So take some time to reflect on what you do from day to day. There has to be something that is upsetting you. Try yoga-- I was always skeptical but it works. If you need someone to vent to, I'm here too. You can email me through yahoo answers. Just don't let the angry take over you anymore. That's no way to live-- trust me.

You've got to get to the reason behind your stress. Something is bugging you.
When you notice you're getting angry, are there any constants? Any people you're angry around, or things you are angry when you do? Even if it's the littlest thing like the way someone looks at you.

Stress can cause anger, especially if it is being caused by a person or events you can't control. The stress makes you lash out.
I find taking a deep breath and counting to ten works to calm me a little. Sounds cliche, I know, but give it a try. Or leave if you can.

if you're young (12-16 yrs old) then it's just hormones and normal mood swings. it happens. it'll get better as you get through puberty. if you're older than that, and have gone through that whole stage, then i would think depression could be a reason. check the symptoms online and see ifyou match them. if you do, see a doctor about it. you'll be fine. best of luck! :]
