I took it for about 2 months. I did lose a good bit of weight without even realizing it. (not a bad thing) I found myself to be a little bored on this medicine. My doctor said that it was because I wasn't having the "highs" that I was used to.....I kind of missed the highs! I managed to get through tasks more quickly - but I never felt like I was rushing....I think I was just focused on ONE task for a change. I don't know why I quit taking it - I just sort of felt a little irritable and bored at times. I have an appointment to get back on it in September because I know I need it.

I take concerta 72 mg for ADHD and the only side effect I experienced is loss of appetite but It's not a bad thing for me I lost weight!

No, but I suggest you read "The ADD Book" by Sears & Thompson to get some good advice about ADD and how to manage it. It just isn't taking a pill, it's behavior modification and diet too.

i haven't had any side effects, and have been taking 18mg concerta for a couple months.
