I need help researching telesurgery and how it applies to the military.?

I knew a a website that shows me stats, examples anyone knows of soldierswho died because they couldn't be transported to hospital quickly enough because of gunfire preventing exit. I tried the search engines but I am lost. Anyone can help? I need about 5 minutes presentation material to use.

You couldn't get this sort of information from general search engines! You would need to discuss this with the military. You would need some sort of security clearance to get hold of this information.
