Burn more calories than you eat = losing weight.
Make sure you are doing the right exercises and not bulking up muscle. You would want to do cardio type exercises. If you really need to lose 68 lbs I suggest a 1350 calorie a day diet with exercising 5 times a week. Make sure to stay fully hydrated and drink lots of water.
Hunger pain is rarely from actually being hungry; hunger pain is often caused by thirst.

You can't. Let's get smart here, ok? There is no healthy way to lose that much weight. Do it right; don't diet, but change your eating habits and lifestyle. Drink lots of water, drink no sodas, alcohol. Eat healthy foods low in fat and high in fiber. Exercise daily for at least 20 minutes. It takes time to lose it, so have some patience because it will pay off in you keeping it off and leading a better life. Quick weight loss equals quick weight being put on (yo-yo).

Take the right diet.
Eat healthily with lots of veggies, lean meat and complex carbs and exercise, you will not have problem losing some fats and weight.
I am on low carb, low fat, high fibre, high protein and a hour brisk walk 5 times a week, and I have lost 31lbs and gain better health. I am now maintaining my 108lbs for more than a year.

drink pine apple juice with 2 kiwifruit before you eat anything in the morning ... it will help you burn lot of calories and lose wight .
