That may just be your cats personality. I wouldnt worry about him not being neutered properly, especially if he isnt spraying. Also, Im betting that he did not get a vasectomy, this would involve going into the abdomen and would not only cost more but is rarely ever done. They will still have the "sacs" after being neutered, but they will be empty. So it is normal to still have "two fuzzy bumblebees" as long as there is not a marble-like structure inside each one.

Oh some of them still like to do the little treadle dance on something really soft. Like a bag of stuffing, my furry bath robe, a fuzzy towel.... I guess it's natural, I know the one that does it here WAS fixed properly. Occasionally he'll stand on the side of one of our spayed girls and start up, but he never learned what had to go where so the important parts are always 6" too far up to do anything anyway (and she doesn't even get up when he stands on her, he's a light weight).
Nothing can happen, he's fixed, so it's just something he does occasionally. Let the cat have his fun.

Bumble Bee? Ha ha. That's the first time I heard it put like that. Your cat most likely has been fixed right. That don't mean he is not interested in females, and he still has a male brain.

My sister has a tom named Oscar that was fixed years ago. He still likes his male behaviors, such as pissing on everything and fighting all the other toms in the neighborhood. It pisses my dad off because one of his favorite pissing spots is on his windshield (driver's side). I don't know about anyone else, but if my balls were cut off, I'd be pretty pissed too!

When dogs are neutered and still exhibit that behavior, it's because they're showing dominance. I've never seen a cat doing that but I don't see why they wouldn't. LOL
Thanks for having him fixed!

He's fine and well neutered. Some cats just do that. Snuffy little buggers, aren't they?

yeah, he has. My neighbors dog still does everything you've described, and he was neutered over 5 years ago!
