Scrub-a-dub-dub! When I was growing up I used to get these weird little bumps on my arms, and the dermatologist said to get a loofa <--spelling? sponge or ones those big poof balls and use it on them.

I use Clearasil ultra facial cleanser and this other little clear tube of acne stuff from Clearasil on trouble spots (facial and body) and it takes care of business fairly quick (I have normal-dry skin, and don't get many, or very troublesome, zits though).

Calamine, or some other drying cream, sounds like a good idea too.

don't worry this is very normal. i was told that this occures because the edge of ur underwear pretty much rubs against it all day, and the little hairs break off. it can also occure in the heat because the skin is very thin and sensitive.hope that helps.

Hmmm....baking soda to keep the area dry? Wear cotton underwear? I guess you can always try a body wash specifically made for body acne....good luck.
