I love how these people think that science should be thrown out and substituted with mythology.
Let's say for the sake of argument that Creationists took over the US.
How would they keep the lights on?
How would they feed people?
How would they keep people from being sick?
Transportation?
Communication?
Industry?

Would they just pray for all of these problems to be solved? And hope that god would do it for them?
Good luck with that!
Maybe we should let them run the country for a weekend just to see how quickly it would take for them to be tarred and feathered.

(points above) Aren't we all glad that GOD created the cell phone! Hahaha! I don't know how anyone can so blatenly disregard science. If they believe that god created all things, then god created science too! DUH!

"Let's say for the sake of argument that Creationists took over the US."

You realize Bush has been president for the last 6 years, right? No need for a hypothetical situation, we've seen the results. Thankfully they can only take funding away from government-supported science, and not anything privately funded.

They would probably keep most things running. Their big problem wound be that the scientists would leave. They would have a technological lead for about five years after. Second problem is that the Doctors would be right behind the scientists.

how many anti-christians care to help the homeless:
christians and churches do most of that.
Anti-christians have over-run the US and have worked hard to remove the bible, prayer & any other representations of christianity.Moslem children now have Islamic activities in public schools. How many hospitals were started and still run by churches.
Prayer is important.
The US was started by mostly christians that left Europe to flee persecution (read a non-PC history book before 1980).
Prayer and bible reading was the norm in US schools before O'Hare went to the Supreme Court to have Christianity removed.
How many school and other mass shootings happened in schools and other places before the removing christianity became the agenda?
