Some can but not ALL. Witches have their specialties, Mine is the Tarot and the Runes. Not ALL Witches even DO Divination OR Spellwork. I have only done spells 3 times in over 35 years of being a Witch. Most of MY Witch Craft is spent on making herbal preparations and worship.

Some people would call a Witch anyone who can do those things. In actuality you do not need to be a Witch in order to interpret some dreams, most of us interpret our dreams on our own, whether it be consciously or subconciously. Dreams are often considered a pathway into our soul and serve a purpose as though if you find out what the dream means you can find the purpose behind something and what you need to do. It is rare for a person to read anothers mind but it can happen occasionally. Witches interpret dreams because its usually their own dreams and they dont read other peoples minds usually since they dont have that ability, and even if they did its unlikely they would use it because it would be an invasion of privacy and a witch would normally prefer to allow things kept private. So in short everyone interprets dreams, including witches, and rarely can anyone read a persons mind or even should read ones mind.

Only those who also have psychic ablities can read minds - and it's not a witch thing, it's an everyone thing. Psychic abilities can happen to anyone of any religion.
If you learn how to interpret dreams, you can interpret dreams. Again, this is an anyone thing, not just a witch thing.

No. But i can!! SHHHHHHH! lets not tell to many people of this special gift i have ok. Oh and um i can walk on water... I can leave my body and alter my future at anytime i chose.. I'm still working on chewing gum and walking at same time tho. Yeah, i know what your thinking.. "like walking and chewing gum is possible."
P.S. I can cast spells like no other.. Right now i am speaking to the all might wizard or ID and asking him to grant me the power to melt your socks during the next corn harvest.
Ok thats a lie.. i would NEVER be so mean to melt your socks.. reallly, i am not like that. However tho i to only use my power when i feel the need to decive minipulate and give bullshit to suckers. LOL

Are you serious? Please, don't be serious about reading minds.
As far as dream interpretation, many Pagans have studied it, just as many have studied runes, tarot, etc. It is a form of divination.
Some say that it has led to a sensitivity when we deal with people, with us being able to determine their emotions better, so I guess, you could say we read minds, but it is more like body language.

Not all. However really no one but yourself can properly interpret your dream. Symbols mean different things to different people.

Witches can't do anything, because they don't exist. People who call themselves witches are just social outcasts that found other social outcasts to hang out with. They feel inadequate, so they tell themselves that they have special powers from the earth, and blah blah blah.
