The major flower outlets are downtown Los Angeles on San Pedro Street between 7th 8th and 9th Street. Both sides of the street sells flowers. It is known as the flower district.

From one end of Los Angeles to the other is about 50 miles. So you will need to get it down to a smaller area.

Arturos on 3rd street and Labrea.
Theres a small shop on Pass ave just east of the Hollywood Fwy. One dozen roses for under 20 bucks. They die the next day but by then shes forgiven you.
