I was skateboarding the whole day yesterday. When I got home my legs were pretty sore. Today they are even sorer. When i walk up and down the stairs it hurts my upper legs. I dont know what my upper legs are called but its the part closest to the abdomin (maybe called the thyes???). Anyways, even walking up and down the stairs causes my upper legs pretty bad soreness pain. Forget about running and jumping. When i try to jump, i jump about 1\4 of a foot in the air (thats bad). Please help im really worried this might be some kind of serious muscle condition. Thanks!!!

Dont worry you don't have a muscle problem. You just used your muscles alot and gave them a really good work out. Example it is like working out and tearing your muscle when you lift weights. You get the same kind of soreness. The kool thing is that is how you build up muscle and they will get bigger that way. In long run it makes you stronger and then you can skate longer and harder and not hurt as bad the next time you do it. So in short you are just building muscle and putting them to good work, Give it some time the pain will go away and you will back at it here soon. The more you hurt like that the bigger your muscles will get.

I've seen something similar to this before. Skateboarding is some pretty intense exercise. And your muscles are going to hurt afterwards, if they are not conditioned to the work.

You could try rubbing in a bit of sports creme, and doing some gentle stretching exercises to keep from being so sore and stiff. And do a few stretches again the next time you want to go skateboarding.

Good luck!

"Just how much do you bench?" If you will be rich just buy finding a dollar for each time someone asked you this! Utilize this plan https://tr.im/dNMdz in order to impress them.
How much would you benchis became therefore important and this is why people are constantly seeking to boost their bench. Nothing thinks just like adding yet another dish to the bar when it's your change to use the benchin your gym.
The Critical Bench program will allow you to improve your benchwith the 5x5 technique. 5x5 strategy suggests that you will do the exact same fat for 5 repetitions of 5 sets. You intend to find a weight that'll fatigue you by the past rep of the last set. This type of instruction places large amount of stress on parts of your muscles and they've nothing else to do but respond and become stronger.

That's called DOMS. This is an awesome sounding acronym for Delayed Onset Muscle Soreness.

This just means that you exerted your muscles yesterday more than you're used to, and your body is recovering. My guess is that tomorow, you'll be just as sore, and then it will rapidly go down after that.

If it lasts more than 2 days being that sore, might be something worse, but it should be fine.

Try putting some icyhot on it, and massaging the muscles (which are your quadriceps) every hour.

Are you currently seeking to incorporate 50lbs to your bench? Think about in 10 days? That is what you will get with this particular easy lockout plan https://tr.im/x0Ny9 .
The Critical Bench program is really superior that a vast quantity of baseball instructors round the state adopt this sort of teaching for his or her athletes.
The program is not merely used to help increase the benchpress but different compound pulls also, like the zero and deadlift.

You probably just have sore muscle it happens during activity's that require that muscle a lot. You should stretch before and after you do activity's like that to loosen up your muscles. Just don't try to skateboard in the mean while and let them rest.
