I am searching for a right word in english which conveys a message to that I am doing this because I prayed to god. For example: I will offer my hair, if I pass out my final examinations; So, In the cited example I would like to know an alternative/correct term in english???

Yeah, "offering" would be a good word. You could also say "making an oblation" which is related to the Latin word oblatus (which is from the Latin offerre, to offer). An oblatus is a person offered to the service of a monastic or other religious settlement. An oblation is a religious offering, so you would be making an oblation of your hair in thanks and recognition to your deity for his/her/its/their assistance in helping you pass your finals.

God does not take exams. It is for you to study.
