don't eat fast foods
lots of vegetables fruits
limit your red meat because it's really fatty
(more chicken and fish, you know)
Studies also show that eating breakfast in the morning slims you. This is because when you go to sleep your body goes into a metabolic state and conserves fat. So when you wake up and don't eat breakfast, you body stays in that state and your blood sugar goes down. Then, by the time you eat your first meal later in the day, the food just goes right into your fat storage.
Just make sure your breakfast is healthy. No hydrogenated fats or processed foods like pop tarts. Make yourself an egg.
If you wake up and do something active first thing, and THEN eat, though, that's the best time to excersise.
Stay away from sweets
and the couch

don't eat any more fats.. like burger king.. even in and out.. a & w.
as a matter of fact. don't go out to eat.. It is better if you just eat at home.. home made food is the best..
stop eating pizza and such foods like that..
start running.. allot... i can only run 3 miles.. (i'm in cross country) do allot of sit ups and do allot more sport activities..
just don't starve yourselve.. and do watch you calories...
i'm 15. and i weigh about 110, and 5'3.
so don't think your fat... thats a bad and ugly thought

heyy
thats not alot of time but try not to eat any greasy foods that r high on calories. also dont eat unless u have real hunger lots of people think they are hungry but really its a craving if ur not shure if u really are hungry dont eat! real hunger is not mistaken, also dont eat until u feel stuffed! eat until u are satisfied

your target should not be to lose weight for only a temporary period. become vegetarian......exercise......drink loads of water and keep away from sugar.
