Well, hypothetically, the 15 year old is a very sick individual and needs help NOW. Hypothetically if the 11 year old girl belonged to me, more than the 15 year old's clothes would disappear; he would never be heard from again.

Remember that I am about to become an adult and need to start acting like one.
Find the young child's clothing and get her out of there before things went any further down a path of behaviour that is not only harmful to both the child and the young person, but could also be considered criminal behaviour.
Time to grow up and find some friends your own age.
Starting like this at 15 is likely to lead to a lot of very bad places before it ends.
Luckily, we are just speaking hypothetically here ...

well 1st it is just sick that someone (even a 15 yr old) would lust over an 11 yr old girl, and if this has happened or whatever seak help, for both, she is not old enough to know what has happening, or what will happen, and do not ever let yourself be alone with this girl... unless you want to go to jail

You need to talk to your parents. Something happened in your past to make you prey upon a little girl, and your parents need to talk to her parents because this event will cause her trauma down the road so she needs to seek emotional help now.

Lock yourself in the bathroom until she finds something to cover herself up with and goes home. Then you would tell your parents you need counseling to get rid of these nasty behaviors.
