I wondered how my cat got out of the house when I was sure I had left him in. Then I saw him climbing up the shelves above the toilet up to a small window, which he jumped out after pushing out the screen. He made his own cat door!

My cat's middle name was Houdini. Years later, I still haven't figured out how he got in and out sometimes.

You should see my windows. My windows are all NAILED shut as Miss Houdini (aka Keiko) has weasled her way out of all of them and knows how to nudge a window open enough to escape.

She's all mad at me because she just came into heat and can't get out to play with the tom's roaming the neighborhood.

My male is afraid of being outside, which is understandable considering he used to be a stray. In my females younger years, she would hide near furniture just out of sight, and when the door opened she would run as fast as she could. Thankfully she grew out of that.
