such as chuck and larry. the whole movie is filled with corny/raunchy jokes about homosexuality "my dad says you're butt pirates" and there are lots of women who are nearly nude including several women leaning over with tiny shorts on leaving a large portion of their butts exposed. are we breeding adolescent boys to be little hornballs? and are adolescent girls destined to be body conscious?

Yes. There are so many movies out there that are inappropriate, and movie ratings are no longer a good way to judge the appropriateness of the movie.

you have to get out more often - this is what the real world is like. chuck and Larry is a cute funny movie if you have a 13 year old you go with him/her and talk about the movie and its message after - as for 13 year old boys they are all like that - all the way up to past Viagra age. and the story is about two guys passing as gay so of course they are going to be tempted by gorgeous women. and if you have a daughter you talk about fashion and being appropriate = so this movie is an opportunity to dialog with your kids

There's nothing wrong with "Chuck and Larry". It's a funny movie. All boys, normal boys, are "hornballs" as you put it, and so are grown men. If we aren't conscious of our bodies, no one else will be! I put a lot of work into my appearance!!

YES!!! Movies these days that are PG-13 should be R!!!! There should be another rating above R also - some are in another horrible category - and I would not watch them in the higher category...I wish they would revamp the rating system!

no, i think when you're 13 you're old enough to understand that stuff. in real life girls wear short shorts and people make comments like that, they more than likely hear comments like that at school all the time. i think most ratings are pretty accurate.

not in this case, but I think more in violent movies like war of the worlds and possibly king kong. language and comments kids see in everyday life. brutal massacres are not.
