First, let me say congrats on your engagement!
Ok, down to business! I'd recommend a light yellow. Something subtle and gentle. Yellow is Blues contrast color when referring to a color chart (I'm an artist so I'm crazy about color!). The bold dark navy color and the lighter blue will both contrast well against a pale yellow. A dark yellow might be too much bc of all the navy blue. Mixing lights and darks adds depth and appeals to the eye. Maybe a few small gold accents would add some flare as well. Good luck!

What about baby blue dresses with navy blue sashes. Another color that goes as an accent would be gold or white. Since you will be in white I would only use that as an accent.
Another really popular color this year is chocolate and I think that goes very well with navy blue. Burgundy would also go well or a dark wine color.
I found a few site where you can browse styles and colors. I am sure whatever you find will be beautiful.
Good luck!

My wife and I's colors were navy blue and silver. It was beautiful. The grooms men even had silver suits...lol. If you like the color idea, send me an e-mail and Ill send you some pics to give you a few ideas. Trust me....dont go bland with the white and dont try to overthink it with the reds, yellows and pinks some have mentioned. Silver looks very classy.

Soft Cranberry, Wine, Wedgewood blue, sage green, and a lovely soft gold will be gorgeous too for the bridesmaids and maid of honor. These colors all compliment that navy blue uniform and would look spectacular.

Bridesmaids could wear a lighter shade of blue with a navy ribbon or sash. White or silver are good accent colors.

Red, some shades of pink, purples, lighter blues, and browns. Go to the paint store and grab a navy blue paint swatch, then slowly compare it with different colors. When you find the ones you like, then grab those swatches. You can then show these to your fiance and vendors so they have an idea of what you like and are thinking about.

Baby blue, pink, and fuschia all look great with navy. If you register online for the David's Bridal site, you can put together a virtual wedding party and experiment with different colors. Navy and fuschia seem to be together in bridal magazines these days.

Silver would look good. Or even a champagne color. What about a light blue color that way there is a contrast.

congratulations on the engagement!
you dont want to do white for the bridesmaids, because that would take away from your dress, so either do a very very pale yellow, a light champaigne color, or even a light light lavendar.
hope this helps.
=) God bless you and your fiance!
