Depends on how much it weighs, however for a regular letter it can be sent anywhere within the US for one $0.41 stamp .

You should be able to use one 39 cent stamp. Unless the envelope is ridiculously heavy, then use a 39 cent stamp and say a 10 cent stamp just in case. The heavier the envelope, the more the total cost of the stamps should equal. Average envelopes should only require one stamp though.

depends on the weight. you need to take it to a post office if its a heavy item. they can give you the correct cost
