Besides cut your toenails, what else do they do in a pedicure? I'm a guy and I know that guys don't normally get pedicures but I want to see what it's about because I hate cutting my own toenails and I saw a TV show where an "expert" said men should get a pedicure at least once or twice a year. Do they wax the hair off the toes??? Do they soak them and make them all soft and stuff??? Do they put some kind of clear polish on my toenails??? Seriously what all is included in the procedure???

1) Your feet will be soaked in a warm foot bath for 10 minutes or so.

2) Dead, dry skin will be removed w/ a scrub and a foot file.

3) Cuticles will be pushed back & toe nails will be trimmed.

4) Moisturizer will be applied.

That's it for men.

Ok, in a pedicure they cut your nails of course but you will also get your feet scrubbed and massaged...all of the callus will be scrapped off which leaves the feet feeling soft and smooth. Around each nail they cut around the cuticle...you will be amazed at how much of the dead skin that gets cut off...amazing!!! (lol). Oh, and clear nail polish will be painted on the nails unless you want a different color. I would recommend a pedicure for everyone especially if one doesn't like taking care of their feet themselves...It feels really nice!!!

In a pedicure they wash and soak your feet to kill the bacteria. After that they scrap and take off the dead skin.At the final job they but polish and if you want a design you can get one.Even boys can get there foot done all they have to do is get clear nail polish with no design and trust me if you think it make you look a gay it dont.

a pedicure is usually very relaxing. most nail shops have cushy chairs w/massaging action to them. they soak your feet in warm swirly water and a technician will scrub them and they cut and file your nails. I would think, they will only put clear polish on a guy if you ask for it. but it's wicked nice - you'll love it!

My friend likes to get them. She says they soak your feet, massage your ankles, file down your caluses, trim your nails, and paint 'em for you. They have clear matte polish for people who don't want the polished look.

my dad gets pedicures like once a month so its not a big deal...basically they cut...file.....shape....and buff ur toanails. soak and rub ur legs....scrub ur heels and put lotion on. ur have contol on was they do....so if u want them to wax ur toes then they can(it will cost extra)....if u want nail polish then you can ask them to put it on. if u dont want certain things then ask for them not to do them.
