If they won't need to die an earthly death, then why in the end times the prophets that will be murdered are Moses and Enoch, the two prophets which have no record of death? Maybe I'm mixed up and it isn't even them, just some thought. Will it even be them?

No they will be transformed into eternal spiritual beings.
