I swear all the guys I've met are really immature. And all they care about is trying to get laid. The majority of them brag about how they cheated on their girlfriend. When exactly do they mature and act live an adult?

No offense, but you really need to open your eyes.
You don't allow yourself to meet the mature ones, maybe you think they're too boring or not good looking enough, but they are out there. People are people. I'm 20 and I noticed some people NEVER mature. I think it's innate and become apparent around the first 2 years of college. A lot of people mature in regards to responsibility, but maturity can be seen way before that. Look for someone who is level-headed, who talks to you to talk to you, who doesn't talk to you just to flirt.
I admit, when I talk to girls I just would like to flirt with, they usually are attractive but we never "fall in love." Because for me, it's purely physical attraction.
I noticed the more average looking girls who I talk to as friends, are the ones I tend to look positively on. Sure they aren't as attractive physically, but once you start putting their intellect and genuinity together, you start falling for them. Maybe this is what you need to try with guys.
