I may have a alcoholic drink once a year if that much.
My drinks of choice is water, juice, and occasional soft drink.
Any thing that you do in excess is bad for you
.There is nothing wrong with having and occasional drink(provided you don't over do it and are not underage)
I personally prefer to avoid alcoholic beverages.

I use to drink alcohol occasionally, but ever since I had my first kid I only drink water, juices, milk, etc. I figured I need to be on my five senses all the time now.

Not me either! I couldn't really say why - except I'm not a fan of some of the behaviors alcohol helps along - violence, sexual assault, that kind of thing. Why don't you drink?

I'll have a beer once in a while at a cook-out or something at a friends house, but not on a regular basis and not more than one, because I HATE hangovers.
