female, coming up 18, 5'6, 157 pounds.
i really enjoy working out, i find it rewarding and nobody to bug me.
i work out 5 times a week on average, 3 1/2--4 hrs/day.
cardio, yoga-lates classes, & excersize machines that all target different muscles in the body.
this is okay right? i dont overwork myself to the point of exhaustion, i just go until i've had enough

If it really does make you feel better, and it's not just for weight loss then yes. Make sure you get a good calorie intake with a proper diet, keep your energy up!

fyi: you won't lose weight working out since muscle weighs more than fat.

It's a bit much, but it's okay.
Definitely be sure you're consuming enough calories though so your body doesn't go into starvation mode!

Do you have a life outside the gym? Maybe you can work in a gym so you will get paid for training.

too much is like not enough...don't go crazy with this. Even one hour three times a week is quite good enough.
