it does sound like she likes you... so go for it even if she's moving away. Things have a way of working out.

If you two have been having small convos that doesnt mean anything. She MAY like you, or she MAY have a boyfriend. But i do assume she's interested and is single by the fact that she asked you for your cell#..b/c do many chics with boyfriends do that? well..er..at least i hope not..and because you have already had little convos with her and SHE asked for your number is a good indication that she may be interested in hanging out. I would wait a few days (unless you see her) and see if she calls you. The ball is technically now in her court, and i doubt she'd ask and not call you. If you do see her again before she calls, or if she does call..maybe ask when she's moving out? if it's soon..ask if she'd like some help, and maybe grab a bite to eat afterwards. The signs so far from what you say seems all good..just a matter of you guys finally connecting to arrange hanging out.

Somewhere in one of these "small side convo's" you need to ask her if she's single. Since you've already asked her if she'd like to hang out, she most likely realizes that you like her. Since she keeps being the other part of conversations with you, it would appear that she is at least interested in getting to know you better. Once she moves out, if she stays in contact with you, just keep doing things together and having conversations- take it easy and see where it all leads.

It does sound like she likes you. I know that even if I was moving out of the complex and I hung out with someone that lived there and I was not interested I would not ask for his cell # if I didn't like him. Thats a sign when she asks for your number even though she is moving. If she just wanted to be friends I don't think that she would have asked for your number! good Luck hun!

It could be she just wants to be friends. She could be lonely or she could like you. Only time will tell. If she hangs out with you, she probably is single. Most married or taken women wouldn't hang out with a member of the opposite sex and ask for his cell #.

dont think about it too much, if she likes you, then it will be obvious, give her your number and make her call you first, get to know her more and the single thing will just come up, but you cant tihnk to hard about the situation just let things happen.. if you two get along after talking for a while ask her out on a date or something, see where that takes you,

I'm not a lady by no means but, I can answer this question probably more accurate than a women. This girl is using you as what I like to call an "emotional tampon" She like your conversation material but, she doesn't see you as boyfriend material. If you want to become a boyfriend learn to think and act like one. I can help you if you'd like. Good luck!

YOu should have found out before if she was seeing someone before asking her out. thought it is never a bad idea to want to meet people and get together. Ask her dude and then you will know.

If she weren't single she probably wouldn't have asked you for your number, that also says that she is interested in you to some degree.
