They do to me. So much of thir behavior is just like that of children at a third-grade level. Comments? Oh,do be courteous.

Check out the name-calling. They actually go out of their way to prove my point. yes,I call name-calling infantile. And I don't see anybody on R&S do it but atheists.

Yes,they do. Even those I have known personally struck me as being rather babyish. In any event, they certainly proved your point on this one. Just look at all that childish name-calling.
I want to say something about that Wolfesblade. I am shocked but not too shocked to see her siding with name-calling,abusive atheists against a Catholic who is depending the Church against the idiotic slander that the Holy Father is responsible for AIDS in Africa. I've been getting suspicious of this alleged "Catholic" for a while now. She virtually always allies herself with atheists when they attack us. But there's something else. A while back I posted a question for Catholics only suggesting we do more networking among ourselves. It was an off-time hour and I only got about 8 responses. Most were sort of tepid, like o.k. Her response was strangely gung-ho,kindo of exaggerrated. Now,the next day I came online and I was very taken aback to see the question had been deleted. I checked the community guidelines and there was simply no way - no way - that any violation could have been committed. So I did a little investigating. It turns out anyone can target a question for deletion if they can email about 50 people who will do a complaint on the question. What happens next is without human oversight. The computer program - if it's gets enough of these - automatically deletes the question. Now,none of those others had any real strong response to the question and hers seemed overstated. No atheist responded. Somebody lined up a lot of people to get that question deleted. Now I come on today see this woman berating you for defending the Church, pronouncing all atheists as saints, and excoriating you for being the object of extensive abuse. Very strange,no? I'm seriously wondering if our good fellow Catholic "Wolfesblade" isn't actually a wolf in sheep's clothing. No other Catholic has endorsed these attacks on you yesterday. Only her. I'm satisfied that all Catholics on R&S would be well-advised to block her.

I've always thought that. They employ the most ridiculous arguments and when you knock it down instead of responding with a counterpoint based on logic, they just get "mad" and start calling names. This is almost funny, because here they all deny being infantile and then call you every junior-high type slur in the book. They certainly never impressed me as being "well-educated". As far as infantile, look I have a nine-year-old sister who acts better than these people.

We must all be childlike in God's eyes. Infantile, no, just needing more understanding and knowledge to the greatness of God and his Divine Mercy.

I'm Catholic and I don't view atheists as infantile. They have their beliefs and often if you ask them why they're atheists they have intelligent and specific reasons. Its not like they sit there and don't believe just for fun or because its trendy, or at least not the majority I would think. Everyone's entitled to their own beliefs and /or disbeliefs, its no one else's place to judge.

A *few* atheists -- like a few of any other belief system you can name -- don't acquit themselves very well here. Name calling and childish behavior are not limited to one side of the faith issue or the other, especially not in this Forum.

I'm Catholic, and I find that atheists tend to be very intelligent and interesting people to talk to. Then again, I'm not hung up on proving anything to anybody, one way or the other.

I just feel it's interesting how if we stand up for what we believe in we are labeled as closed minded. I did a little bitterness check and most of them failed and are here only to refute christianity and nothing more.

I'm a Unitarian, but I'll answer anyway. No they don't. I know many atheists who are beautiful people, just as beautiful as any Christian or Buddhist or Muslim or Hindu or Pagan. Religion or 'no religion' doesn't make or break the character of a person!

Wow your questions are fascinating, you really have issues with atheist. Why? You are sort of passive agressive. Why so much anger?

Kind of like you sitting here picking on a whole group of people just for the fun of it? Why do you hate what is different from you? Is that what your God teaches, or did you just come up with that on your own?
