I got my belly button pierced In February and it was doing weird things and overall I decided I did not want it anymore so I took it out on the 4th of Juy. The hole is closed all the way but now Ive got dark, almost black spots, where my holes use to be.. Kinda look like bruises or the marks left behind from scabs if you pick at 'em too much. Will these go away or are they just gonna shrink and fade over time, not completely going away?

with time yes they will fade out almost completely. whatever you do don't pick at it or anything or you'll end up with little scars. use a triple antibiotic cream like neosporan if you do have a scar type mark there it will help it fade away even more

My belly button ring fell out about 5 1/2 years ago and I still have little dark circles where the holes were. I wouldn't call them black but their darker than my skin tone. I don't imagine they'll ever go away...

most likely yeah the marks will go away try using coco butter lotion so the marks can fade away

it will be there forever, maybe it will fade, but you will always have that scar tissue there. It will never be the same
